It was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. In 28 years of traveling across India and abroad, I’ve never encountered such pathetic service from a receptionist. After completing the check-in, we were suddenly informed that locals are not allowed to stay in the hotel. Then why advertise it as a “couple-friendly” hotel? Why is this not mentioned clearly in the booking description?After check-in, spending 20 minutes in the room, and paying 3,000, the staff repeatedly called us and insisted we come down immediately. Within minutes, there was a knock at the door, and a helper arrived to escort us downstairs as if we had committed some crime. This was humiliating, embarrassing, and showed a complete disregard for guest emotions. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service. We spent 3 hours as flight was delayed this became a worst nightmare in the bright sunlight all this happened around 3-6pm. Thanks for worst experience.
