Cremure Malad West, you've lost a customer! The cake was stale, overpriced, and lacked flavor. The worst part was the apathetic customer service. When I complained, they seemed unbothered and unconcerned. The ambiance was the only redeeming quality. For the prices you charge, expectations are high, but you fell short. I'd advise others to think twice before visiting. Quality and service need a drastic overhaul. 1/5 stars. Disappointing experience, especially considering the hype. Perhaps a revisit to the basics is in order. Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
