Serving should be as seen in the Display glass. Latte should be included in menu, If customer has asked for latte and you don't have it in menu - YOU must inform the customer about it , besides serving simple coffee. And if the Customer' s hand towel has fallen down while eating from the table, staff shows no initiative to inform about it to the customer till reaching near Car. So, just being busy with phone orders and neglected attitude towards seating customer has to be recognized. Thank you
