Disclaimer: My apologies to the readers for such a lengthy review. However, the owner (Sutapa Di) deserves my full, wholehearted appreciation for her incredible work and integrity. I've ordered twice from her so far. Once for Mother's Day and again for my sister's birthday. The quality and dedication she puts into her work are absolutely next-level. For the Mother's Day cake, I asked for a mango flavor with a very specific request: use the maximum amount of real mango pulp and the absolute minimum binding agent. She executed this perfectly! Every single bite tasted like fresh, authentic mango. There was no use of artificial flavors. Her integrity in the ingredients and process is truly commendable unlike commercial platforms. My second order was for my sister's birthday where she truly became a life saver. I was panicked because I'd completely missed my sister's birthday date and was running out of time. Confused and worried, I reached out to Sutapa Di. She handled the situation calmly. She proactively sent me sample photos and helped me choose the perfect design and flavor. What truly sets her apart is her unwavering customer service and empathy. I had messed up the date and placed the order with only four hours' notice! Despite her standard policy requiring 50% advance payment, she trusted me completely and immediately started baking. To top it all off, she even had a power outage at her house that day! Yet, she managed to deliver the cake on time. She didn’t even charge any extra rush fees. Even though I don't live in my hometown anymore, I can blindly trust her for any family occasion, anytime. She takes care of the order until it's safely delivered. If you want a cake that is genuinely delicious, made with integrity, and backed by a baker who will truly go that extra mile, stop searching. The cake was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced. Great place for customized cakes. This is one of the best bakers available in Agartala right now.
