Its easy to reach. Its renovated recently and is much better compared to earlier setup. Good variety available. Parking is a challenging thing as this area is too much crowded as it is right on the busy route.

I was there with my wife and two young kids last Sunday at 10 PM. The place was barely full. We expected to have a quick ice cream and get back home. It took good 20 minutes for the order to reach. Reason: The guys were unable to balance the Swiggy / Zomato orders and the walkin patrons. As if it is not sufficient, I also had the misfortune of trying their new addition Jacky Jackfruit .. It was so bad that it was the first creamstone icecream I couldn't finish.. Otherwise we used to be pretty regular at Creamstone Banjarahills - their service used to be within reasonable time even when the place was 3-4 times more crowded
