We recently visited Cream Steam and appreciated the overall ambiance and concept. However, we noticed a few areas where there may be room for improvement. The seating arrangement, particularly the height of the tables, seemed a bit high for children and might be more suitable for adults. A more kid-friendly option could make the experience more comfortable for families. We also tried the Nutella Crunch, though the flavor profile felt closer to vanilla than Nutella. Perhaps a stronger Nutella taste would align better with expectations based on the name. Additionally, we noticed some spilled ice cream near the serving area that hadn’t been cleaned
