Very unfriendly staff. No clean tables and worst of all the ice cream taste is not upto the mark when compared to other branches cream stones. The speciality of kakinada branch is they take two scoops or 1scoop to prepare, but then they remove half of it put it aside and then start mixing or preparing the icecream, so you get only 70% of quantity when compared to other branches.
