I had a very disappointing experience at Cream Stone. The staff did not behave properly when I entered the store—one person even switched off the lights and showed no interest in taking my order. When I politely requested an extra brownie, the staff responded rudely and refused. The overall service felt careless and unwelcoming. Honestly, Cream Stone seems to have lost the charm and flavor it was once known for
