I had the worst experience ever with my recent order in Baner. The shake arrived with a broken glass, completely spilled, making it impossible to consume. To make matters worse, the delivery person appeared to be intoxicated and had the audacity to ask for a tip. Adding to the frustration, there was no way to contact the store — no number was available anywhere. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering again.
