Good at the first impressions visited for the first time,been to jubilee and banjara branches earlier,service was good and need to focus on the table cleaning left overs were seen on the tables

Worst experience. 1. They gave a biscuit which is not crunchy for lotus biscoff ice cream when we asked to give other biscuit the staff replied it costs 70 rupees and they can't provide it. 2. We asked for take away the sane ice cream some other day they kept half biscuit when we asked they kept other piece after returning home when we saw the ice cream they didn't kept ice which avoids melting. Worst experience
