The place wasn't even crowded on Christmas afternoon but the management had absolutely zero control on the queue. People standing in the queue were attended to at the last and their main focus was on taking orders from people crowding their stall instead of asking them to form a queue. Looks like expecting the decency to serve people in the queue first is lost even on such reputed establishments!
