we have visited the cream stone branch kukatpally and we have ordered 1 willy Wonka and 1 Kala Jamun as we sittied unfortunately the cup of ice-cream were fallen down on our table as per cream stone policy when ice-cream was not taken by customer as ot fallen the outlet should offer an replacement but when waiter accepted to give the man on the ice-cream desk who giving instructions to the boys over here he got into an argument with the waiter who accepted the replacement and they got into discussion within them which were inconvenient to all over here as an responsibility of cream stone management you have to take an action on him and the stuff we are paying for great customer service not for only ice-cream or other stuff and they ended up by giving scoop of ice cream were because of we got started asking them what's going on as a responsibility outlet holder you have to take action on this also I want to mention that manager of the store were also standed over there by seeing this all but there is no response from his side hope you guys will respond on this thank you
