Worst experienceThe staff in Gachibowli is worst staff in all over Hyderabad.Cream stone is nothing but customisation of our ice cream of our own choice but in Gachibowli is all about there choice. They play only their own songs with loud voice. Which is most irritating.This 2guys are the worst

Coming to this place since inception but service levels reduced drastically. Staff should learn how to treat customers. If you can't treat all the customers the same then no point in charging everyone the same. Food for thought. Wish to see some improvement in service levels.
