Ruined my big day by not giving me my preordered 2kg cake on time. I had to get a multiple ready made cakes for compensation in the same amount

I ordered pineapple cake and icing cream used was not good at all , felt like it has so much of cheap artificial colouring ... gave me throat irritation

Cake sponge was literally sprayed with water for heaviness. Cream N crust disappointed us and spoiled our occasion . Cream N crust wasn't this before .
