Unacceptable Experience – CREAM CENTRE, Ahmedabad Palladium Mall I was there with my wife and our 4-month-old sleeping baby, With our group of 8 people. Despite seeing us with an infant, the staff made us wait over an hour with zero empathy. There was a completely empty section with working AC, but we were denied seating, and others were allowed in later. After finally being seated, only half our food arrived after another hour, while others who came later were served before us. One staff member even said, “let them wait, I won’t give them a table.” Absolutely disgraceful behavior. No basic courtesy, no compassion. Never going back. Not family-friendly at all. WORST Dining Experience – CREAM CENTRE, Ahmedabad Palladium Mall We were a group of 8 people, including a pregnant woman and a mother carrying her 4-month-old sleeping baby. Despite the situation, the staff showed zero empathy and no basic human decency. • We were made to wait twice the expected time, even though there was clearly empty seating available. • There was a private area with a working AC, yet they insisted the AC wasn’t functioning and denied us seating there — even after knowing one of us was pregnant. • After over an hour of waiting, they finally gave us a table, but then only half of our food arrived, and that too after another hour of being seated. • Meanwhile, the table next to us — who arrived after us and ordered the same dishes — was served well before us. • To make it worse, one of our group members overheard a staff member saying: “I don’t want to give them the table, let them wait.” — Excuse me, but where is the humanity? • When we raised concerns, the staff member in question was rude, unapologetic, and full of attitude. • And as soon as we sat down, they suddenly started letting other people go and sit in the same private waiting area they earlier claimed was unavailable to us. This place has no professionalism, no customer service, and clearly no compassion. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
