I recently dined at the Taco Bell branch in Z-Square Mall and unfortunately had a very dissatisfying experience. I ordered the Fiery Volcano Burrito-Veg, and it had several issues. First, the bread was undercooked and raw. Additionally, instead of using various sauces, it seemed they had simply used Maggi's Hot and Sweet Sauce, which made the burrito very sweet and not spicy at all, contrary to its name. Spending almost ₹168 on it, I felt like I was eating street food – and frankly, some street food is even better. My brother and I shared the burrito, and after just one bite each, we decided not to complain at the time and simply left. However, Taco Bell recently reached out for a rating and my honest opinion, which I provided. A few hours later, I received a call from them. When I explained that I had already finished half the dish and didn't feel it was appropriate to complain then, the person on the other end became offended and very rude. This interaction confirmed that this was my last visit to Taco Bell. For all future visitors, please proceed with caution. It's clear they don't know how to handle criticism. The representative seemed to think he was on a private line, but I recorded the entire call, which is a feature on my phone. If anyone would like to hear the recording, I'd be happy to post it online. Very very very bad services, we ordered online through zomato, my order no is 109 on 14/06/25 in evening. We ordered naked chicken tacos with regular fries but we got normal veg tacos with seasoned fries. I paid almost 789 rs on this order But what we got? Order of worth rs 500! Its too much. Are you making people fool. Price per person: ₹600–800
