I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Crazy Hotel Vijayawada due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and owner. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome, as the staff displayed a lack of courtesy and attentiveness. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were dismissive and rude, making the stay uncomfortable. The owner’s attitude was equally disappointing—rather than ensuring customer satisfaction, they seemed indifferent to complaints and concerns. Hospitality should be about making guests feel valued, but unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and customer-friendly environment. There are far better options in Vijayawada where guests are treated with the care and professionalism they deserve. Me and my 3 friends are Paneer Butter masala and Butter Naan. All 4 of us were suffering from Vomitings from yesterday night. Sincerely request everyone to keep it in minds before visiting there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
