I just ordered belgium hot chocolate from crazy coffee..there was no sugar in Belgium hot chocolate and no seperate packets of sugar were there.. moreover I had talk with the owner ( shiv)..he wasn't ready to accept that there can be mistake on his side..he was arguing with me.. No proper packaging was there.. Should improve your service and able to hear what are customers are complaining to you..
