I was so excited to try Crazy Bao but it was so disappointing because their baos were so flat, no fluff, no lightness. Maybe they weren’t steamed longer, or they didn’t rise. IDK. The baos are the vehicle for the chicken to shine. Moreover, there was no slaw - it was a limp cabbage disguised as the ‘fresh’ element on the plate. Also: the packaging was basic. It came in a white poly bag. No branding.My advise to the team will be: 1. Focus on getting that bao perfect. Baos need to be fluffy. Do some delivery tests to see how it travels in packaging. 2. Get your branding and packaging. Delivery is a crowded market. How do you make your brand standout on the Zomato listing page and to the delivery to the customer.
