I had a confirmed reservation at Cray Craft for 8:15 pm but was told to wait outside upon arrival at 8:05 pm. I wasn’t allowed to wait inside or even near the entrance. Despite clearly mentioning I’m a non-drinker and requesting a table away from the bar beforehand, I was offered a bar-side table after 15 minutes and treated dismissively when I declined. Poor handling, lack of courtesy, and disregard for basic customer requests made the experience very disappointing!
