We were sitting outside but the waiter asked us to go sit inside stating that they were turning off the decor lights of the veranda. When we ordered chicken fingers they said it was available but after half an hour the waiter comes and tells us that it wasn’t available. The food took more than an hour to come. The food was not bad but the service was awful. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of your staff, especially the manager and the waiter. Their rude attitude and unprofessional conduct made my experience very unpleasant. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and respect, but instead I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Such behaviour reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment, and I sincerely hope that necessary action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. kindly look into the matter
