A couple of days ago I ordered chicken lolipop from craving bites and I absolutely loved it for the crisp texture and for getting it served hot at home.
Last night when we ordered the same again. I was totally disappointed. The chicken lolipop was cold, and had too much batter as compared to the meat. Some pieces were such that they had a orange Filling instead probably it was the batter. Overall it felt like refried lolipops were sent.

The reason for rating it 3 is pretty simple. For while the first ordered was 5 the second one I wouldn't even rate 2 so the average.

I hope the food quality had dropped down due to some technical glitch and they work up to reach the same quality like before.

Hello Aditi, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The food was cold because we don't have our own delivery team. All our orders are delivered through Zomato logistics. So we cannot do anything even if the order is ready as we need to wait for the delivery guy to pick up customer's order. I had ordered chicken tikka pizza and it came all messed up. Please see the photos. I strongly recommend to spend a little extra elsewhere rather than saving money by ordering from craving bite and eventually getting disappointed.

Zomato support has also not been provided for grievances. Order no. 1612958631.
