Unfortunately, by the time the final details were confirmed, the order booking window had already closed. Since all our theme cakes are handcrafted, final confirmation is possible only once the design and custom elements are finalized. We always recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to avoid such disappointments.Please know that strict feedback has been given to the concerned agent to ensure clear communication about timelines in the future.
