I am aware about craft coffee from very beginning.So i was very fond of this place but yesterday i had a little troublesome experience.We were 7 people and along with that we had a baby with us. So we literally requested for an indoor sitting even we were ready to wait.But staffs were not paying attention even they said no bluntly.As I belong from customer operations background i think customer satisfaction is very important as we had a child with us i was expecting a little bit extra mile support from them. Hope to see improvement in further future. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Unsatisfied experience indeed. Food is good but service below standard. Hot coffee served cold with no regret. Not likely to refer or visit again
