Today I visited to craft coffee Ballygunge with my cousins, suddenly started a thunderstorm around 10 O'clock we shifted the terrace to indoor and beside our table here one couple sat, after half an hour in that time suddenly they got shout the reason is why there food are late and why staff ask for last order and they ask for a bill ,cancel there food get the bill,staffs are apologies and they got profanity with staffs and use some baloney word, finally they also ask staffs are molestation with himself. we request to management don't take any action on staffs they are very helpful with guests

Unsatisfied experience indeed. Food is good but service below standard. Hot coffee served cold with no regret. Not likely to refer or visit again
