Hello Ashad. Thank you so much for putting in this review. Firstly, our heartfelt apologies for what had happened with your friends, right from the bottom of our heart . . But we remember you reached out to us regarding this nearly an year back during last rainy season in the year 2023, for people who are reading this review, kindly note sir, thisisn;t now, it was last year the customer isreferring to. We immediately reviewed the situation then, as we were pretty new then and as of now currently this season, we mean exactly after an year of you having this experienced we are pretty well prepared for all kind of weathers, our kitchen is fully equiped with anti bacterial treatments. Not even an iota of bacteria would be found on our floor, food hygiene is of utmost concern. We have replaced all our amateur cooks and have hired top level professional cooks who follow the hygiene drill every day before even starting of with the daily regime. All our staff have fitness certificates, our water is sampled and tested at the lab, we have the lab test reports too which deems that our kitchen is fit to operate in all weathers. We constantly chemical wash the kitchen 8-10 hours before the kitchen starts. And every ingredient is sling wrapped and labelled as per FSSAI standards. Our customers health is of utmost priority. We have changed alot and beyond par in terms of quality checks compared to big time restaurants. We belive you would love the experience now, if you happen to visit us again. We are now more focused, more hell bent to maintain highest level of standards in terms of hygiene, quality, which echoes with our credibility. We don't hide our kitchen like majority of restos, customers can openly view our kitchen, a proof of how transparent we are. Looking forward to serve you with all love and care. Another update sir, we are building a strong bunker like kitchen in rougly a week's time, efficient than the present one. Every money which comes in is pumped in back to work over our cstomer's safety, to make sure, our quality of standard remains untouched.
