If you want to experience spectacular service, you should go to this place. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is enjoyable. I am Major Ashish writing this comment regarding my booking which was done for 05 May’20 at Country wood, Ambala, Haryana but due to unforeseen event of pandemic made us to postponed our event as nation wide lockdown left us with no other option. I have wrote multiple mails to their team but no luck. Not receive a single response. In coronavirus outbreak we lost our grand ma due to this havoc disease which made us to delay our prog more. We intimated the same thing to their team multiple times via calls and mails to know their provisions but again have not received any single response. This made me to escalate loot hotel, I request you to refund my advance Rs 21,000 payment. Please let me, do I need to go for legal actions as I am not ready to let go my hard earned money in vain. Atmosphere: 1
