I am big fan of rock almond chocolate I love it it has lots of roasted almond and dark chocolate healthy stuff and hammus and dark chocolate cake its awesome and fresh with hammus bread crisps are super I live in Vasai but I buy this thing from this place always fresh and nice staff are friendly helpful clean place always. I love dessert here but very disappointed the way they responded today.we regularly order from here. Yesterday I order from them a sugar free mousse but it had got bad by the time it was delivered. I called them for a feed back as I love there red velvet cakes. And the response was you need to keep it refrigerated. Being a regular you obviously know how it is supposed to be kept. Intension was never to get a refunded or anything as such it was just a feed back. But you atleast first listen to ur customer before immediately responding that it's customer fault. 100% it's would be one of the incident but still needed to post please don't call them for feed back .
