I usually order the chocolate walnut cookies but this time they were bad. I immediately called the store location where i purchased the cookies and complained. Unfortunately, the store reps are not told how to handle products that they have sold but have gone bad. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the store reps seem to think that they are not responsible as they have not baked the items. I saw a similar complaint like mine so I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this.
