Ordered biryani and got a plate of disappointment. Completely bland, tasteless, and embarrassing to even call it biryani. If this is your standard, you seriously need to rethink your kitchen and your pride. Won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at Cottage Inn. We ordered both steamed and fried momos, and the steamed momos were completely undercooked—raw from inside and absolutely tasteless. It felt like they were served without even basic quality checks. The chutney was a disaster. Instead of a proper momos chutney, it tasted like some random butter chicken gravy, totally mismatched and unpleasant. The mayonnaise was even worse—it honestly felt artificial and plastic-like, making it completely inedible. On top of the food being awful, the service was painfully slow. The staff took an unreasonable amount of time just to take our order, and after ordering, we waited 35–40 minutes for such poorly prepared food. No explanation, no apology, no professionalism. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Bad food, bad service, zero value for money. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Serious improvements are needed in food quality, hygiene, and staff efficiency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
