Cottage Cafe by La Polo in Janpath is such a hidden gem in the heart of Delhi. I visited recently, and from the moment I stepped in — the cozy wooden décor, soothing music, and peaceful vibe made me feel like I wasn’t even in the city. I tried their Pink Sauce Linguine Pasta (creamy, well-balanced and so comforting), the Farmhouse Pizza (loaded with veggies on a thin, crispy base), and the Mushroom Spinach Toast which honestly stole the show — so fresh and flavorful! For drinks, the Cold Coffee was strong and just the right kind of chill, and I ended the meal with their Opera Cake — rich, indulgent, and beautifully plated. If you’re around CP or Janpath and want a peaceful, pretty café with delicious food and dessert — this one’s worth bookmarking. Can’t wait to go back! The vibe in the cafe is really good, happy, youthful, however service is extremely slow. Also, music was rather irritating. The menu is quite nice and there are options for all. Before visiting, I read the reviews, and this charming tiny bistro has unquestionably lived up to our expectations. The atmosphere is sweet and welcoming. Although we were pretty annoying by asking them to reheat the pizza or pour the coffee in a different glass, the staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. We had pizza, waffles, coffee, and spinach mushroom toast, and the food was excellent as well. The cafe has a very nice vibe; putting bougainvillea in the entrance was such a turn-on for me.
