I and my friends been to this coffee shop...to be precise, they reduced the quantity of the coffee and increased the price of it. When one of my friend asked about the reduction in quantity she said machine isn't working fine...if you want you can complain to their head and no use also. The staff working there is very rude and arguing instead of being polite. Literally the staff gave us half cup of coffee and said even if you complaint also no use as customers already complaining about it since so long...worst experience I had ever... I have been to Cothas coffee today. Have heard good reviews about it so I came to taste the coffee along with my wife. The coffee was good but, the behavior of yeh staff is not good. It was having three chairs and the were occupied. So, I requested for one more chair that was vacant inside the counter for my Wife as she was operated recently. The girl sitting in the counter outrightly denied to give chair and even after repeated requests she hasn't. I asked her name and she denied to tell her name even. I humbly request the management to tell the staff to be more humbler and deal with concern. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
