The quality of coffee and food has deteriorated over the years especially in this outlet. The staff is not competent, keep making mistakes, then fixes them even badly. I ask for iced coffee, they give me hot. This has heppened twice! Then in a rush, make a pathetic iced coffee. The creamer doesn't work. They didn't even have ice and were asking for it from KFC staff! Imagine! Absolutely pathetic performance here. Will avoid this outlet from now on.

I ordered mint lemonade and received a sugary soft drink apparently. Highly dissatisfied with Costa Coffee. Not expecting such kind of artificial food drinks in the name of a lemonade.
