Loyalty Lounge is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at Costa coffee after long walks. At this place, you can order dishes as a takeaway. Here you may order good coffee. Most guests say that the staff is courteous at this spot. Spectacular service is something clients appreciate here. When inside, the atmosphere is charming. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant Costa coffee a high rating.

Closed because the only one employee has to have breakfast!!! For the cost we pay for coffee here you could afford two employees! It's an effing airport! People don't have time to wait

Bad experience at Terminal 2 near boarding gate 52 costa coffee kiosk by executive Sarabjeet. The executive kept on being involved in his mobile phone while trying to make the coffee and seemed least interested in making the coffee.When ansked ans to why Sarabjeet started to anrgue that it takes time to make the coffee while he was observed texting and using his WhatsApp . Request owner to take necessary action.
