Clients don't like coffee at Costa Coffee. Unfortunately, the staff is terrific as most guests note. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, this place is well known for its unprofessional service. The dull atmosphere won't attract many users. Google users rated this spot and it didn't receive a high rating.

Best place for Coffee in Departure area gate 6 & 7 Amritsar International Airport ATQ. Sujal Kumar is very kind and his customer service is extraordinary. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Banana bread , cake, croissants, coffee, drinks, water.

"I had a deeply disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently due to the appalling behavior of one of the staff members. Upon entering the store, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time, despite the fact that there were no other customers waiting. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed visibly frustrated and impatient, offering no greeting or courtesy. The ordered brownie, the bill printing machine was working till then i changes to trimisu cup when I asked politely if it could be changed , the employee was dismissive and made a sarcastic remark. It was clear that the employee lacked basic customer service skills, which is disappointing, especially at a well-known chain like Costa. The lack of professionalism left a sour impression, and I won’t be returning to this location. This incident reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to quality service, and I hope they address such behavior in their training." Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been to many Costas and this was the worst so far. No sense of customer service, the lady was on the phone the whole time and just threw the change on the table, the man working with her was also on the phone the entire time and kept asking what my order was. Never recommending this place again Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
