Mr Bonik at Costa Coffee is worst of employees. I genuinely made a request to look for my lost bag by cctv footage. He spent whole day and comes with answer i dont know you sir and i hav audit today. And he started reverse psychology trick that i will make police complain that you harassing. He is just inefficient and when he is pointed he starts making threatening. Be aware, when talk to him pls record calls as i hav done Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
