After visiting Company Bagh, you can look over the menu at Costa Coffee. Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at this place. The cute staff welcomes visitors all year round. Nice service is something clients like here. It's an opportunity for you to enjoy the calm atmosphere. But google users rated this spot and it didn't get a high rating.

"I had a deeply disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently due to the appalling behavior of one of the staff members. Upon entering the store, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time, despite the fact that there were no other customers waiting. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed visibly frustrated and impatient, offering no greeting or courtesy. The ordered brownie, the bill printing machine was working till then i changes to trimisu cup when I asked politely if it could be changed , the employee was dismissive and made a sarcastic remark. It was clear that the employee lacked basic customer service skills, which is disappointing, especially at a well-known chain like Costa. The lack of professionalism left a sour impression, and I won’t be returning to this location. This incident reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to quality service, and I hope they address such behavior in their training." Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee was not good and staff is totally unprofessional while dealing with customers especially girls, phone is not too important. Keep the change to give back to customers. Owner should look after this. Not a good image in front of foreigners. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
