After you have seen Company Bagh, come to Costa Coffee. Guests don't like coffee at this place. Most users mention that the staff is appealing. If you want to experience enjoyable service, you should go to this spot. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is nice. But Costa Coffee hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this coffee shop—not because of the coffee, but due to the unprofessional and highly inappropriate behavior of the manager. It’s unacceptable for anyone in a position of responsibility to interfere in a customer’s personal life, especially when boundaries have clearly not been crossed by the customer. What’s even more disturbing is that private matters were casually discussed and even hinted at on social media, breaching not just privacy but basic decency and respect. A coffee shop should be a place of comfort, not a space where you feel scrutinized or gossiped about. Managers are expected to set the standard for professionalism, and this kind of conduct reflects poorly on the entire establishment. If personal boundaries cannot be respected, and social platforms are misused in such an unprofessional way, it seriously damages the trust and reputation of the business. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the ownership to take appropriate action. Customers deserve respect, privacy, and a welcoming environment—none of which were present in my recent visit. "I had a deeply disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently due to the appalling behavior of one of the staff members. Upon entering the store, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time, despite the fact that there were no other customers waiting. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed visibly frustrated and impatient, offering no greeting or courtesy. The ordered brownie, the bill printing machine was working till then i changes to trimisu cup when I asked politely if it could be changed , the employee was dismissive and made a sarcastic remark. It was clear that the employee lacked basic customer service skills, which is disappointing, especially at a well-known chain like Costa. The lack of professionalism left a sour impression, and I won’t be returning to this location. This incident reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to quality service, and I hope they address such behavior in their training." Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
