I was really disappointed with the food. The flavors were bland, the texture wasn’t right, and the dish arrived nowhere close to fresh. For the price, I expected at least a decent meal, but this was honestly below average. I couldn’t enjoy it at all, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it or order again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

"I had a deeply disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently due to the appalling behavior of one of the staff members. Upon entering the store, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time, despite the fact that there were no other customers waiting. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed visibly frustrated and impatient, offering no greeting or courtesy. The ordered brownie, the bill printing machine was working till then i changes to trimisu cup when I asked politely if it could be changed , the employee was dismissive and made a sarcastic remark. It was clear that the employee lacked basic customer service skills, which is disappointing, especially at a well-known chain like Costa. The lack of professionalism left a sour impression, and I won’t be returning to this location. This incident reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to quality service, and I hope they address such behavior in their training.". Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
