I went to Costa Coffee and ordered a cold coffee!The staff there who took my order, his name was Vishal.But I had ordered cold coffee and he made hot coffee!I had ordered ice latte coffee.But he said, I could not hear.So I said, this is your mistake, you should give me an ice latte So then he quickly made a latte, but it was too thin.I said that the latte is very thick and sweet too. That one was bitter and thin too.At first he was fooling me. He was saying, does it happen like this? I said, I have drunk, it doesn't happen like this.When he asked me, “Would you like to have cold coffee?” I replied, “I had ordered only cold coffee?”My two ₹350 were wasted.The behaviour of the staff was very bad.He did not listen to me at all.
