As a swiggy delivery partner , I'm giving this review please check reviews before ordering anything from restaurant, bakery or kitchens Recently I got an order from this bakery , but it's doesn't look like a bakery actually it was a bakery and then they made it a cloud kitchen I think so , there's nothing hygienic inside I don't know how did they get their fssai license or food licence but there's nothing hygienic in that kitchen , the road side stalls are better than this corner bakers - actually it's not a bakery it's just a cloud kitchen which only accepts orders online through Zomato and swiggy . So customers don't see what they make , how do they prepare the food, at which place the food is stored or any vegetables. There's nothing clean inside So actually I got an order from this bakers I work in swiggy as a delivery person The order should be prepared in given time but they accept the order and when delivery boy comes near restaurant they start preparing that time and sometimes they delay the order saying they don't have some item's in the order and tell us to cancel the order , they give the order after 30 mins of waiting But in app it shows that the order has been ready by this time and still they prepare it And the preparation of food is worst no proper way. And what I have observed is a dark kitchen with oily room They also have empty beer bottles in the bakery Humble request please check restaurant reviews before ordering food from online U think this bakery has above 4 star but it was previously a bakery know it's a cloud kitchen not a bakery so please check the reviews before ordering food from online Well I hope that the restaurant owner will see this review Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
