Copperleaf Panaji is a must-visit for authentic Konkani cuisine. Tried their famous Konkani fish thali and it truly lived up to the hype. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of traditional coastal flavors. The curries were well-balanced, aromatic, and comforting, paired beautifully with steamed rice and classic accompaniments. Service was prompt and courteous, making the overall dining experience smooth and pleasant. The food quality and taste are the real highlights here. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Copperleaf, and it was truly made exceptional by Mr. Ramchandra Shelke. From the moment we were seated, his warmth, attentiveness, and impeccable recommendations elevated our entire evening.The food surpassed all our expectations. Every dish was flavourful, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. The drinks recommended by Mr. Shelke were spot-on and paired perfectly with our meal, making the experience feel thoughtfully curated rather than routine.What really stood out was how seamless and enjoyable everything felt. We were relaxed, well taken care of, and had an absolutely wonderful time. It’s rare to hit a hattrick with consistency in great food, excellent service, and genuine hospitality.We’ll most definitely be visiting Copperleaf again the next time we are in Goa and we hope to be served by Mr. Ramchandra Shelke once more. Highly recommended!
