We have visited buffet today (15oct25) in chrompet branch. Firstly coming to service we waited in buffet hall more than 15min no one showed up to us. And all the soup bowls were dirty. And coming to the course they said they will refill everything but nothing was done. Everything was literally left overs and food is also not hot. It is literally served cold and they sliced few vegetables and served as salad. Poor service and veg buffet is totally waste of money they gave 2 starters that too it's cold and main course they have veg biriyani not even tastes good. Curd rice is left or so long so it became dry. And non veg they served left over chickens and all are to hard because of reheating. All chicken served is rubbery and not cooked fresh. Biriyani also its not hot and coming to desert there was only 8 to 10 pieces for more than 10 people. Very bad buffet system not recommended. Totally waste of money and Worst buffet ever had. Note: This is not my first time to copper kitchen. I visited multiple times for lunch so I believed buffet will be good but it's totally waste. I wasted my money today. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend
