That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked pies. This cafe may please you with tasty chocolate cakes, doughnuts and fruitcake. Food delivery is a big plus of Copper Chocs Cake Shop Sopan Baug. I just been to this outlet where I'm a frequent customer and purchased stuff worth Rs.1230/- and had a terrible experience with the sales person name Tony who for me is a cheat, rude and disrespectful person. I purchased few items which he then packed for me and I paid him but unfortunately for him i asked him for the Bill which during my earlier visit i would never ask and while making the bill he seemed little nervous and confused because he was not able to adjust the amount i paid, we than checked the items packed with the bill there were less items he had packed and charged me extra Rs. 250/- and when asked he never accepted his mistake and didn't even say a sorry but instead argued rudely. I'm really very shocked that a brand like this have salesman like Tony who has never ever smiled earlier also. He needs to be taught by the management how to treat and behave with customers. I would request all to be careful at this outlet and check every item you buy and when packed with the bill. Sad Sad Sad Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

1. Cake was good. 2. No paper bag/ carry bag provided (how to take the cake without a bag thats unacceptable for me) 3. Cake box/ package quality is very thin, cake got damaged by its own box (buying ₹600 cake for ½ kg and with such delicate box, not at all acceptable) Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
