Order personalied birthday cake but it was disappointing to see the cake was send blank, with no birthday message and no name written. They also haven't send e card when I requested for it.

this is nothing like the pastry I have always liked and enjoyed from copper chocs.. the quality has become so bad.. sponge is dry and tastes weird..truffle chocolate is barely there on the pastry.. very sad.. might be even stale for 2 days ago
