xtremely Disappointed. Not Worth the Hype. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Copper Chimney was so underwhelming, I felt compelled to warn others. The food was bland, overpriced, and nowhere near the quality you'd expect from a place with such inflated ratings. Every dish felt like it had been sitting out too long — lukewarm, oily, and lacking any real flavor or freshness. The service? Equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, as if they were doing us a favor by taking our order. We had to ask multiple times just to get water refilled, and the wait time for food was absurd despite the restaurant being half-empty. What’s even more frustrating is how misleading their online reputation is. It feels like the high ratings are more the work of a PR agency than genuine customer satisfaction.
