Copper Chimney's chelo rice and both the vegetarian and nonveg options that go with it are delicious and can be fully described as comfort food. There are other options too that are good to try. Staff service is attentive but not intrusive. We dine in and order delivery. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Extremely disappointed with the food quality. Our order of tomato soup, veg platter, paneer butter masala, and dal makhani was a catastrophe - bland and tasteless. The ratings in your review section are misleading. The only redeeming factors were the exceptional service and ambience. However, good service can't compensate for subpar food. "I urge you to revamp your kitchen staff immediately. Continuing to serve such low-quality food will inevitably lead to a decline in business. As a paying customer, I expect better.
