One of the Worst Bar Experiences – Extremely Unprofessional Staff We visited Copa Cabana bar at the Radisson Blu in Goa expecting a premium experience, but what we encountered was beyond disappointing. The bartender served us a whiskey sour made with packaged pineapple juice, claiming this was the “standard.” When we politely pointed out that a whiskey sour is traditionally made with lemon or lime juice, and that one of us has a pineapple allergy, they not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but insisted that their version was correct. What made it worse was the attitude – the entire staff argued with us rather than showing basic courtesy or concern for a potential allergen. It's unacceptable for a bar in a reputed hotel chain to be so uninformed and careless about both standard cocktails and guest safety. Highly disappointing and frankly dangerous. Would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for either quality service or basic professionalism.
