Absolute scammers. They deliberately show fresh cookies on display and give fresh ones for tasting, but while packing they secretly replace them with stale cookies. I caught this cheating not once but twice. Even after asking them to pack in front of me, they still mixed stale items while weighing. This is intentional fraud, not a mistake.
