On Swiggy they sent us frozen cookies. That too the expensive ones. Who eats frozen cookies. At the store they serve hot fresh cookies then why do they serve stale food via delivery providers? Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Took a doughnut and a brownie and they were at least a couple days stale, hard and dry! A street side stall would make better. Perhaps the cookies may be good, but for a brand to keep any item which is lower than satisfactory is disappointing. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

I bought a muffin and a donut The donut was like a 4/5 . I got the milk chocalate bliss donut, and the chocalate eas great it was just that the donut tasted slightly spongy. And they gave a wooden spoon with the donut which was not helpful. The muffin was really good but they overheated it due to which it tasted moist. They could have done much better by not heating the muffin at all. Not only that but the chocolate chip muffin didn't have any chocalate chip at all?! Finally, theres no sitting area so we had to stand and eat. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
