Please beware. This place cheats customers by adding service charge. Once you question them, they will say it's optional, apologise and will revise the bill (just imagine how many people each day won't notice this and pay the amount that is illegal to charge). Also, I had a bottled drink (jimmys a lot like beer, the mrp was 69 for peach, and 99 malt flavour. They charged more than the double amount. I only noticed their fraud of adding service charge while paying the bill. After getting home, when i check the bill. I was charged more than the double amount of MRP on the bottled drink. In total tehy charger me 314 extra. I am also attaching the bill for everyone to see. And i am moving to consumer court with the same. Meal type: Dinner

Absolutely pathetic experience at Cookbook Café. We got our food an hour late, and when we politely asked about it, the staff had the audacity to argue instead of apologizing. The food itself was below average — bland, cold, and not worth the wait at all. Overall, terrible service and disappointing food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
