Let me.preface by saying that I've usually had a good experience ordering from continese. Tonight though, was just annoying and irritating, not just because I received an incorrect order though the attitude of the person j spoke with on the phone just didn't make me feel nice as a customer.....customer service truly is non existent in our country. I'd ordered a burnt garlic noodle and received regular hakka noodles which I didn't mind since it was nice. I'd also ordered a hot garlic sauce gravy and I received a box full of garlic loaded manchurian balls which I don't know how anyone could enjoy.....the Sichuan sauce ordered had gone so bad, I could smell it from afar. When I called the restaurant, they weren't willing to accept their mistake. They called me back and kept questioning me, are you sure there are no chili flakes in your noodles??? So I sent them pics of what I received and they call back and ask me what they should do....in all this while, they never apologised even once. They eventually admitted that my order was supposed to go to someone else.....to someone who' not keeping well, I was really looking forward to this dinner...and at 350 rupees it wasn't cheap either. Eventually, the guy on the phone says I'll make it up to you on your next order...I don't even know his name since he never introduced himself? Why are restaurants in our country like this......take it or leave it attitude.....if this is how we treat our food and our people....with no sense of doing the right thing!

Ordered peri peri chicken burger and mixed vegetables sandwich from this amazing,,I was really amazed with the packaging of the food items it was really fresh and hot,,and the delivery was also on time,,,

The peri peri chicken burger was really Tasty,the chicken chunks was crispy and well cooked,,the buns was also soft and covered with tangy sauces,, totally loved it,the vegetables sandwich was also amazing ,,do try

Continese a delivery outlet which has got Great quality of Italian food! Last week I had ordered texas Fries! A lot similar to French fries but better I would say! The quality of fries were good and even the quality was appropriate! Never tried such dish before
Would recommend this place 5/5 ????
