blueberry jar cake was frozen and stale. tasteless.choco truffle pastry had a very dark coco poder taste not at all chocolate taste

Ordered red velvet cake which was of extremely poor quality. The cake had a smell of rotten coconut oil. It made the bday part bitter. Such a bad cake wasn't expected. The cake bread was not at all fresh it kept breaking like 4-5 days old cake. Consent cakes must refund the money as the cake was totally waste of money as it couldn't be eaten. Will have to think twice before buying cake from consent cakes.
