I have visited Concu multiple times in the last couple of years and their quality of both food and dessert has gone down. For e.g. we had the root veggie salad - average (and portion size of the price did not seem fair. Had the quality been better, then I can still understand. The quality of the 70% choc eclair and the blueberry cheesecake were also average. 100% sure that the quality of cheesecake has gone down.

tres leches is not very conventional but still very good, uniquely good but tiramisu is disappointing as it very very sweet for a coffe flavoured desert. Chicken mushroom rice were very average, all it tasted was some thick creamy white sauce I think lots of vegetables would have been nice in it and pictures were of yellow colour not white colour. rest the food is very very hygeinic

We went for Sunday breakfast as a family and left with a bad experience. Firstly our order was taken and we were informed it would take 20 min so we requested our coffee be served first. Many other guests arrived and were served and our coffee arrived only after a gentle reminder after 10 min. Then a good 20 min later one dish arrived. Again other guests arrived and were swiftly served, we gently reminded we were waiting to ear together as a family. To this we got a ride reply from the staff that it didn’t work that way - they would only serve as food got ready! So 10 min later we eat as a family - cold food. Bill is presented and paid and we get asked rather rudely again by the same staff if we paid! Enough said- guess he was having a bad day! We are regulars at concu so this was hopefully just a one off. Still left there with a not so good Sunday morning experience.
