The service at Concu Begumpet was extremely unprofessional, negligent and horrible to say the least. After getting some desserts, we had to call 3 different waiters to finally place an order for coffee. They are intentionally acting indifferent and lazy. It took 20 mins to place the order and another 20 mins to get the first coffee They were not even close to start the preparation of the other drinks. The barista and the staff were going at a sedate pace, and not even responding to our polite requests Though the desserts were good, they have failed at the basic requirement of a good cafe, prompt service of coffee beverages and polite customer service. Meal type: Brunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
