Many people mark that the staff is accommodating at this place. Terrific service is something visitors agree upon here. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. I have been eating here for the past six months, and the service has consistently been disappointing. Earlier, we had to wait 20–30 minutes just to place an order. Even if you ask for basic items like onions, they are often not provided. After taking the order once, no staff member comes back to check on the table. If you want to order anything additional, you have to go to the reception and place the order yourself. Today, I ordered egg curry and chapati. The chapatis were completely cold. After that, I asked for onions, but no one came to serve them, and no one came back to take any further order either. The service quality is extremely poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are in a hurry and want to eat quickly, you should place your order before coming here and still be prepared to wait another 15–20 minutes after arrival. Such a poor quality of service. 3 days back I already discussed with owner Mr. Sanjay regarding the service but no one serious on this matter Please improve service Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve ordered poha from your restaurant twice, but both times the quality was disappointing. The first time, it only had salt and nothing else. The second time, there were only four peanuts and nothing else in the dish. Please improve the quality. Food: 1

Dear Community Kitchen Team, I recently had lunch at your outlet and thoroughly enjoyed the Chole Kulche. The Shahi Paneer was also really good. However, I would like to highlight that the Mix Veg and Yellow Dal Tadka were not up to the mark. Looking forward to continued great food and improvements ahead. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
